The purpose of this folder is to report any programs which are facing difficulties in paying as normal. Threads from the Currently Paying HYIPs/Surfers/Cyclers/MLMs folder will eventually move over here once they fall into this category. These programs may be under re-organization, or facing other problems but are not yet closed as such.

Once any of these programs are either definitely considered to be closed - or, have recommenced payments according to their plans, they will then be moved to their appropriate folders.

Programs which are scams, and those that have closed but promised refunds will be placed straight into the `Scams/Closed` folder, not here.

Please show the name only of the program in the Title, and if possible the URL in the post. This helps easier identification of the program for other members.
