Possible Change To No Ref Link Rule

As most of our forum members are aware, we only allow ref links in the Advertising folder, and in all signatures.

The Web Life forum is experimenting with the idea to allow members starting a new thread in certain folders to include their ref. link.

Referral links WILL be allowed in the FIRST POST ONLY of a thread. This applies to all programs in these folders - HYIPs, HYIP related Games, Autosurfs, & Cyclers/Doublers. Members MUST search to check if a thread already exists, and if one does a new one mustn`t be started.

If this proves a success we will likely do the same thing here. What we don`t want to see is spam of course, so we will watch the WL experience with interest.

Views anyone?

should there be a limit on how many threads a member can start per day/month/etc? we may end up having a handful of members making the majority of threads just for the sake of ref whoring.
