Hello everybody

i am thinking about starting a lottery site , which means (someone buy a ticket with a number ) , like , for example : (1 ticket is 1$ e-gold) , and after 1 month , a ticket is picked , and the one who has the ticket get 100$ (i want to start small , i don't want it to be another scam site or something , so i think 1$ is good as a start , in case e-gold blocked the account or bad thing)

i think you all understand what i mean

so , please any suggestions , comments and ideas are welcome

As far as I know, public Lotteries are regulated by one gov't agency or another, including those that are operated globally over the Internet. I have to suggest getting familiar with all that this entails before taking action.

starting lottery site is good idea but maintaining them is hard because there are many other online lottery sites which scam people online and people doesn't have faith on new lottery site.
