Hi all
Here I present to you a hyip opportunity - OFFLINE one.. opportunity presented to you by Sunshine Empire, a company that operates internationally and has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & Hong Kong.
Basically, it is a very simple concept. You can liken it to say, a bank. The money that people put in the bank, the bank takes the money and invests/rolls it and thus are able to provide you interest. Similarly, here at Sunshine Empire (SE) [www.sunshine-empire.com], you are presented with 3 packages - Bronze Partner (BP), Silver Partner (SP) and Gold Partner (GP). SE then rolls the money for you and thus able to provide you with returns. One of SE's main investments (apart from property etc), is in Empire Communications Technology (Emcom).
I shall not talk much about Emcom. More details can be found at their websites - www.emcomgroup.net and blog at www.emcombeyond.blogspot.com . If after looking at these websites, should you still have queries then feel free to get back to me on this.
Therefore, the 3 packages that are available currently are priced at
BP - USD 330
SP - USD 1650
GP - USD 6600
The price will increase as we move on from one phase to the next as there are limited partners available per phase.
By taking up any of these 3 packages, you are entitled to 2 programmes - Customer Rebate Programme (CRP) and Customer Loyalty Programme (CLP).
Under the CRP, SE takes out 10% of its global turnover and splits it to its partners. You will receive payouts on a monthly basis from the FOLLOWING MONTH onwards till you receive the respective amounts as follows:
BP - USD 300
SP - USD 2250
GP - USD 12000
The rate of return varies with each partner. GP having the highest rate of return and BP the slowest.
Under the CLP, you will receive monthly payouts from the profits of Emcom's EM-Taipei project. For the CLP, the total returns are as follows:
BP - USD 3000
SP - USD 15000
GP - USD 60000
Personally I have 2 SPs and 1 GP. Sunshine Empire has been paying out strong, steady and promptly since the incoporation of these packages from August 2006. As you can see that works out to 7 months of payouts without fail, no one has any problems or qualms. SE itself has been around for decades.
I have been privileged enough to start out just like any of you when I joined but now being able to attend meetings & flying on business trips with the company. Therefore, I believe I will be able to provide great insight to all those who require about this project with an open mind instead of a biasness of any sort towards the management etc.
There are big buyers in this venture too.. I have a friend who is in the shipping industry who bought 23GPs, people from the telco industry, as well as most recently a businessman that took 100GPs. But even if you do not have that kind of cash, we all have to start somewhere and that is why SE has varying partner plans that tailor to each individual's capability. So long as you're keen do let me know either on this forum, via PM or my email add: placerprazer@hotmail.com
Meanwhile, do check out the websites. SE also has an MLM wing and there is another thread here which you can check out if you're keen on that aspect - http://thehyipforum.com/message20587-.html . Questions pertaining to its partner plans (hyip portion), feel free to post here or PM/email me.
Looking forward to many more of you making it big!
Cheers!
Placer, a little clarification please about a couple of things:

Is the principal included in the return? If not then the BP plan pays out $300 for a $330 package? It would not make sense to invest in this package at all.
Or is the initial spend returned when the payout is completed? This makes a very big difference in the ROI.
Also you state, "GP having the highest rate of return and BP the slowest." Do you mean slowest paying return, or 'lowest' which is obvious.
With the CLP, again the same question, and is there a downline matrix available to view somewhere to understand how these unbelievable returns can be made?
For the purpose of this thread, how many members are involved in this project? Do you know the demographics of the investors?
It just seems to me if the EMCOM / Sunshine project does pay out these returns, there would be greater posts of people being paid.
Since you've indicated the program has been paying for 7 months, it can be placed in the "Long Term Paying" folder. Please clarify the above questions. Anyone other than Placer involved in this program and being paid, please let us know.

No the principal is not included in the return. It works like a consumer concept. You purchase the package you want and what you get is the returns under the CRP and CLP. Ultimately you are paying a small amount as far as the BP is concerned and as such the amount under the CRP is less. That is why we recommend people to go for the SP or GP. But if you are limited by your financial capability then it is still ok to take the BP. Although you only get $300 under the CRP, you still get $3000 under the CLP. The total returns you get is the CRP + CLP. Therefore you still will get $3300 a the end for the BP. So there is no loss involved when you look at the overall picture.
When I said the rate of return, I do mean the slowest rate of return, not the lowest return (which is the obvious like you mentioned). The rate of returns is as follows for each month (this is an approximate estimation from past payouts and is not fixed. However the payouts hover around the same amount).
BP - 5.75%
SP - 9.09%
GP- 12.12%
As for the downline matrix, if you're talking about the hierarchy, then yes it is available. When you sign up for each of these packages, you will be given an online account with Sunshine Empire with a unique ID & password. In this account you can monitor/make transactions as well as view the hierarchy. Furthermore, I would like to counter the fact that the returns is unbelievable. Since all returns will be paid out on a monthly basis, it is indeed believable and feasible. Should the company say that they pay out a lump sum, now that would be unbelievable. Since the payout is on a monthly basis and pegged to company profits, it is reasonable and makes more business sense.
I do not have the exact figures as to how many people are involved because the number increases every day. From the 1st project (EM-Taichung), there is definitely atleast 5,000. Since they required 5,000 GPs for that project and we still have not talked about the number of people who took up the SP and BP. Now we're into the EM-Taipei project and at the 3rd Phase. For EM-Taipei, 35,000 GPs are required (since the population covered in Taipei is about 6.5times more than Taichung). These people come from varying age groups, from teens to senior citizens (I've seen them for myself). They also range from varying industries - shipping, telecommunications, businessmen etc. These people come from across the countries, mainly Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong & Taiwan.
To the point about more people posting about being paid, well, for these past many months, since Sunshine Empire is an offline company that has been branching through the setting up of physical offices in the various countries, there has not been much active publicity of this project via the internet. Many focus on doing face-to-face publicity. However, sometime in February I had decided to take this opportunity to the internet to be able to provide this great opportunity to a much larger international community for the simple fact that they have been paying out strong for a long time. That would explain why you seldom see people posting about being paid. However, should you wish to see posts of people being paid or a forum that is dedicated solely to Sunshine Empire, you can find it at www.trizzard.com .
Thanks. It seems you are very knowledgeable about this project. As to the BR plan though, what if a person does not participate in the CLP (not referring anyone to the program)? They would not still be eligible for the payout would they, or is it a matter of you can't have one without the other?

Hi
Yeah, I do keep myself updated and constantly do my own research as well so as to be able to assist all of you well. I believe you're talking about the BP plan yeah? As long as you take up any of the partner plans - BP, SP, GP - you are automatically entitled to the CRP and CLP. The difference is that CRP begins payout from the following month while the CLP only comes in once the relevant project is completed (in this case it would be the EM-Taipei project).
With regards to referring people to the program, there is a separate commission payout scheme for that which is not mentioned here. So the CRP + CLP deals solely with the HYIP portion.
haha, for those who want simplification, just know that when you pay the respective price for the partner plan you want, you are entitled to both CRP & CLP. Payout begins from the following month of payment! =)
But like we all know, if I had put it out so simply, there will be a bountiful of questions. Nonetheless, Sunshine Empire had to structure their scheme in such a way so as not to infringe any state laws in the respective countries (since its an offline company, it has to abide by the laws of respective countries as opposed to an online company).
i donot know much about all those hyip progams. Are they risk-free invest ment? I think not. I will never join such programmmes.
Better less than nothing.

If that's the case then I believe you're at the wrong forum.
But nonetheless I'd like to say that nothing in life is risk-free. We could all not live to see the next day but each of us take our own small steps of precaution such as eating healthy, exercising etc.
Similarly, if there is a HYIP that is good, look out for the factors that help reduce the "risk".
As for Sunshine Empire's case:
1) It is an offline company and is thus required to legally register itself and are governed by state laws.
2) One of the companies, Bluengine Asia Pacific Pte Ltd under Emcom, is currently being sponsored by Government bodies - Singapore & Israel- in an R&D collaboration. Govt involvement is a sign of security & stability.
3) Payouts have been coming out strong, steady & prompt.
4) All forms/agreements are drafted up by a lawyer and is properly done.
5) Trips sponsored by the company to bring us over to the respective countries/region to take a look at their projects & try it out.
These are some of them. What you can do is ask any questions & doubts. Because questions & doubts (unanswered questions) add to the risk involved. Where there is uncertainty, there is risk.
